3. Eligibility and Account Registration

a. Eligibility
To use our Website and Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements;
  • Use the Website for lawful purposes only.

b. Registration
Certain features require account registration. By registering:

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

We create custom or template-based WordPress websites tailored to client specifications. Each project is governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Agreement.

b. Custom Web Development
We offer bespoke web development services, including API integrations, e-commerce solutions, and platform-specific builds. Services are quoted and scoped separately.

c. Domain Registration and WordPress Cloud Hosting Solutions
Hosting is available in shared, VPS, or managed environments. Plans include resource limits, uptime SLAs, and support tiers defined at the time of purchase. When requested, standard or premium domain name registration is provided.

d. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Services
Our SEO services include on-page optimisation, link building, keyword research, technical audits, and performance reporting. SEO outcomes depend on multiple variables, and specific rankings are not guaranteed.

e. Digital Marketing
Services include:

  • Pay-per-click (PPC) management
  • Email campaigns

f. Remote/Virtual Assistant Services

5. Project Process and Communication

All custom projects follow a defined process:

  • Initial consultation
  • Proposal and quotation
  • Agreement/contract execution
  • Content and asset collection
  • Design, development, and approval phases
  • Testing, launch, and post-launch support

Communication will occur via email, ticketing system, or scheduled meetings (virtual). Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and approvals.

6. Online Store and Digital Products

Our website includes an online store where you may purchase digital services and subscription packages, including but not limited to web design packages, hosting plans, SEO audits, and WordPress maintenance bundles.
All products and services listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change pricing, discontinue offerings, or update service descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Purchases made through the store are governed by these Terms and the checkout agreement. By completing a transaction, you agree to:

  • Accurately provide required billing and account information.
  • Acknowledge that some digital products may not be eligible for a refund due to their nature.
  • Accept that prices are inclusive/exclusive of VAT and other applicable international taxes, depending on your jurisdiction.

If you experience issues with a digital purchase, contact our support team within 7 calendar days for assistance.

7. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals

Some services, such as WordPress maintenance or domain hosting, are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until canceled.
You may cancel subscriptions at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our billing support. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

8. Ordering, Pricing, Invoicing, and Payment Terms

By placing an order for Services through the Site, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined at the time of your order. Payments may be made via approved international payment gateways. You agree to:

  • Pay in the currency indicated at the time of checkout
  • Ensure payment methods are valid and updated
  • Pay applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental fees.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment or chargebacks.

a. Pricing
All prices are in NGN, GHS, USD, CAD, EUR, and GBP and inclusive/exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change for future services.

b. Payments
We accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards and Direct bank transfers processed via FLUTTERWAVE
  • Cryptocurrency (US Dollar Coin – USDC, US Tether – USDT)

Some services require full upfront payment; others may allow milestone scheduled payments. Recurring subscriptions (e.g., maintenance or hosting plans) auto-renew unless cancelled.

c. Late Payments

  • Services may be reinstated only upon full payment.
  • Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension after 7 days.
  • A late fee of 2% per month may be applied.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

a. One-time Services
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced. If eligible, partial refunds are calculated based on unrendered work. Custom development, design work, and consultations are non-refundable.

b. Subscription Services
Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time within a current billing cycle.

c. Hosting Plans
Hosting can be cancelled with 5 days’ notice. Data must be migrated or downloaded before termination.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Client Ownership
Upon full payment:

  • You own the final approved website design and any custom development code created specifically for you under project agreements
  • You are granted a license to use third-party or open-source components, subject to their respective licenses.

b. Company Ownership
We retain ownership of proprietary tools, templates, or methods used to produce your deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of REVAMPME STUDIOS TECHNOLOGY or our licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate content and business information
  • Supply all login credentials required for hosting, domains, or third-party integrations
  • Ensure that all provided materials (text, images, logos) are legally owned or licensed
  • Respond to queries and approvals promptly.
  • Not to violate any laws or third-party rights;
  • Not to post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content;
  • Not to interfere with the functionality or security of our Site or Services;
  • Not to use bots or automated tools without our explicit permission.

Delays in client response may impact delivery timelines.

  • Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in question;
